The Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Environmental and Nature Conservation Foundation is a foundation under public law. For over 25 years, we have been working with great commitment and passion to preserve natural diversity in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. We practise nature conservation locally on over 8,600 hectares of our own land. The Doktorgarten Teterow is a particular highlight for us, and its preservation is a particular challenge.
Motivation to be part of AgoraNatura:
As a state-owned foundation, we pursue exclusively charitable goals. Our activities are funded by the foundation's income and state subsidies, among other things. We also rely on donations and endowments. The preservation of the Teterow orchard also requires constant commitment and is associated with financial expenditure. Through our participation in AgoraNatura, we hope to receive your support in our endeavours to preserve the natural treasures of our land.
